Artha Jaya Nyata proudly announces that 50 of its trainees have successfully passed the first selection phase of the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) Japan Program, marking a significant milestone in their journey toward official overseas employment.
These trainees come from various regions across Indonesia — including East Java, Central Java, West Nusa Tenggara, and South Sulawesi — and have been undergoing intensive training over the past 6 months. The training program included:
Japanese language classes (targeting JLPT N4 and JFT-Basic levels)
Technical skill training relevant to SSW sectors (such as caregiving, food service, and manufacturing)
Workplace simulation & cultural orientation to adapt to Japanese work ethics
Job interview practice with former SSW passers and industry mentors
These 50 trainees will now advance to the official certification phase, which includes:
Taking the JLPT or JFT-Basic language proficiency test
Participating in the relevant Tokutei Ginou (SSW Skill Test)
Employer interviews conducted by certified Japanese companies
Once they pass both exams, they will become eligible for formal job placement in Japan under the SSW visa, with assistance from Artha Jaya Nyata’s official sending organization partners.
“We are very proud of their commitment, discipline, and progress. This achievement proves that with proper training and guidance, Indonesian youth can compete globally in the skilled labor market,”
— said [Mr./Ms. Name], Head of International Programs at Artha Jaya Nyata.
