Artha Jaya Nyata – Training & International Career Program
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Artha Jaya Nyata, including training, consultation, language courses, and overseas career preparation programs.
By registering or using any of our services, participants agree to comply with all terms stated below.
To join a program under Artha Jaya Nyata, participants must:
Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration
Be physically and mentally fit
Have completed at least high school (SMA/SMK or equivalent)
Be committed to completing the training program
Submit valid and truthful documents and personal data
Participants are required to fill out a registration form and submit all necessary documents.
Payment must be made according to the installment scheme or payment schedule agreed upon.
Payments made are non-refundable, unless under special conditions approved by management (e.g., program cancellation).
Participants must attend classes, both online and offline, as scheduled.
Absences must be informed in advance and justified with proper reasons.
Participants must follow class rules, respect instructors and fellow trainees, and maintain discipline.
Failure to comply may result in warnings or dismissal from the program.
Artha Jaya Nyata assists participants in preparing for standardized tests (e.g., JLPT, JFT-Basic, TOEIC).
Test fees, registration, and travel costs related to external exams are the responsibility of the participant unless otherwise stated.
Certificates of completion will be given to participants who finish training and meet attendance and performance requirements.
Artha Jaya Nyata provides support in job matching and placement through official and legal pathways.
Placement is based on test results, skill assessments, employer availability, and performance during training.
While we provide maximum support, job placement is not 100% guaranteed and depends on multiple external factors.
Participants must be willing to attend interviews and follow-up sessions as required.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally throughout the program.
Any form of cheating, forgery, or misconduct may result in disqualification or termination from the program without refund.
Artha Jaya Nyata reserves the right to take necessary action if a participant violates ethical or legal standards.
Participant data will be kept confidential and only used for training, administration, and official placement purposes.
By registering, participants give consent for Artha Jaya Nyata to process and use their data responsibly.
Artha Jaya Nyata reserves the right to modify program schedules, fees, or content when deemed necessary.
Participants will be informed of any changes in advance.
Any issues or disputes shall first be resolved through discussion and mediation between both parties.
If needed, legal action will be settled under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
